Voertuigen van de Stellantis-groep gebruiken al meerdere jaren droge dubbele koppelingstransmissies. Steeds vaker worden ze ook gerepareerd in onafhankelijke autowerkplaatsen. Deze moderne technologie roept echter veel vragen op, vooral bij de eerste reparatie. In dit artikel wordt ingegaan op het vliegwiel dat in deze toepassing wordt gebruikt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"819\">Afbeelding 1 toont het mechanisme dat verantwoordelijk is voor het elimineren van de tandspeling tussen het vliegwiel en de dubbele koppeling (2CT &#8211; Two Clutch Transmission). De reden was simpel: lekkage bij de afdichtingen van de transmissie. Vervanging van het tweemassa-vliegwiel was niet nodig. Wel is het belangrijk om te weten dat bij elke scheiding van de transmissie van het motorblok de spanning van de trillingsdemper wegvalt. Hierbij kunnen losse veren, lipjes buiten hun groeven en een veerring die onder spanning kan verschuiven, worden waargenomen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1788\">Als het tweemassa-vliegwiel opnieuw moet worden gebruikt, is het noodzakelijk de fabriekspositie van het compenserende mechanisme opnieuw in te stellen. Hiervoor is speciaal gereedschap van LuK met nummer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motointegrator.be\/producten\/803608-montagewerktuig-koppelingvliegwiel-luk-400-0471-10\"><strong data-start=\"1661\" data-end=\"1676\">400 0471 10<\/strong><\/a> nodig. Er zijn vier varianten van het tweemassa-vliegwiel, afhankelijk van het motortype, dus er is uiterste voorzichtigheid geboden.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2181\" data-end=\"2633\">De monteur grijpt de spanningsring met het gereedschap door de bijbehorende schroeven los te draaien. Vervolgens spant hij het mechanisme met een pen in de positie waarin de lipjes in de groeven vergrendelen (zie Afbeelding 4). De lipjes mogen niet te diep worden ingedrukt, omdat ze dan kunnen breken, wat verdere reparatie onmogelijk zou maken. Alleen een op deze manier voorbereid vliegwiel is klaar voor montage van de transmissie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2181\" data-end=\"2633\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium
