Een zekere mate van &#8220;zweten&#8221; is volkomen normaal en is zelfs nodig om de zuigerstangafdichting te smeren. Daarom mag u schokdempers nooit beoordelen na rijden in de regen. advies<\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/nav><\/div>\n\n<p>U kunt het beste als volgt te werk gaan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Raak de schokdemper met droge vingers aan.<\/li>\n<li>Als de vingers droog blijven, zit de schokdemper meestal goed vast. Er zijn vele redenen voor slijtage, bijv.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lange looptijd<\/li>\n<li>Hard gebruik<\/li>\n<li>Zand en straatvuil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Resultaat-2\"><\/span>Resultaat:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>De defecte zuigerstangafdichting leidt tot olieverlies en dus tot een afname van de dempingskracht. Dit komt zeker niet door een lekkende schokdemper. In de regel wijzen dergelijke resten erop dat de bescherming van de bodem of de wax met opzet met de hand werd aangebracht om een zo lang mogelijke levensduur van het onderdeel te garanderen.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Resultaat-3\"><\/span>Resultaat:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Vals olieverlies<\/li>\n<li>Beperkte warmteafvoer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Opmerking-2\"><\/span>Opmerking:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Bodembescherming of conserverende was horen niet thuis op de schokdempers, dus verwijder deze! Meestal ontstaat deze schade als tijdens de montage een tang werd gebruikt om het op zijn plaats te houden.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Resultaat-5\"><\/span>Resultaat:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>De geruwde zuigerstang scheurt de afdichting, waardoor olie en vermogen verloren gaan.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Opmerking-4\"><\/span>Opmerking:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Om beschadiging van de zuigerstang te voorkomen, mag deze alleen met speciaal gereedschap op zijn plaats worden gehouden.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Algemeen_advies\"><\/span>Algemeen advies<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>De praktische tips van de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motointegrator.be\/producenten\/sachs\/\">SACHS<\/a>-deskundigen zijn slechts bedoeld als overzicht. De montagehandleiding of gebruiksaanwijzing van de voertuigfabrikant en de daarin opgenomen waarschuwings- en veiligheidsvoorschriften voor reparaties moeten beslist in acht worden genomen! Alle werkzaamheden moeten worden uitgevoerd door een opgeleide specialist.
